Assistant Innkeeper~Food & Beverage Mgr.
The Assitant Innkeeper of Inn By The River is responsible for all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations at the Inn, and assisting with day-to-day staff management and guest interaction. The manager is an ambassador of our brand and Inn By The River, providing leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximizing operations and guest satisfaction. The Assistant Innkeeper is responsible for training and supervision of the food and beverage department leaders and staff members where applicable, as well as overseeing scheduling techniques and implementation. The Assistant Innkeeper is responsible to manage budgeting and profitability of restaurant and pub. The assistant manager will be the manager on dute when General manager is not in house and assist with reservations.
Key Objectives / Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff
- Payroll & Human Resource liaison
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining financial records and submitting to accounting
- Oversee and plan maintenance and projects around occupancy, inclusive of shut down/opening and daily safety, function, and appearance.
- Help manage reservations for the property, along with reservations team.
- Manage and develop schedules for FOH
- Oversee all operations of The Riverside Restaurant and Pub
- Guest Relations
- Sourcing supplies, hard goods, soft goods for F&B operations and Retail
- Oversee and manage orders, inventory and POS system restaurant and Retail areas.
- Oversee general appearance of building, employee compliance.
- Assist with staffing gaps when needed.
- Oversee and work with Human Resources department to develop and update procedural manuals, checklists, safety and emergency protocols.
- Develop marketing strategies for packages, menus, events with the Marketing Team and General Manger for all marketing needs.
- Coordinate Wedding Tastings and correspondence, invoices, quotes for wedding requests and tastings.
Daily Duties:
- Daily reports
- Assist staff where needed
- Work as server/bartendar during low occupancy
- Calendar updates, events, scheduling check
- Food & Beverage specials
- Staff communication
- Check-ins and Inspections when needed of all check-in rooms

Clean Team Housekeeping Lead
Our Clean Team Housekeeping Department is looking to hire energetic and passionate team player as a lead position for part-time and full-time seasonal and possible year-round work with benefits. Join our team and have FUN at work!
A Clean Team Lead’s goal is to provide the utmost comfortable, safe, and clean environment for our guests’ “home away from home” while staying in one of our rooms/cabins/bunkhouses at the Inn by the River and Three Rivers Whitewaer. Team training will ensure all standards are carried out safely, with the proper tools and equipment, and efficiently for the comfort of our guests. The lead position is responsible for helping to train, organize, and coordinate the clean team staff daily to create an efficient and on task staff.

Lead and Catring Chef
We are looking for a hard working, skilled, creative chef/cook to manage and cook in a busy seasonal Restaurant at our Three Rivers Whitewater property with a full service restaurant as well as oversee our Catering cooking in a great, friendly environment. This position includes management of the food service end of the business (including meal prep, cooking, presentation, inventory and ordering, menu creativity and maintenance, cleanliness, and staff management of the restaurant and preparation and delivery of our Catering department.
