All of our guest
rooms house either a queen or king size bed and full private
baths. Some rooms have whirlpool tubs for you to unwind in.
Most guest rooms have private or front porch access overlooking
the Kennebec River. The Inn is a smoke-free environment. Occupancy
rates shown are by occupancy for one or two guests and includes
breakfast. Additional occupants include a $25 fee. |

The Sno Carriage apartment
can sleep up to 12 people with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds,
and a futon couch in the living room that will sleep 2 people when
folded out flat.There are also 2 rollaway beds in the closets. The
kitchen is complete with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. You
just need to bring food and your culinary art skills. The living
room looks up into the woods and out over the snowmobile trail.
A full private bathroom completes the Sno Carriage Apartment. All
linens and towels are supplied. Daily housekeeping includes fresh
towels. Breakfast at the Inn next door is available each morning.

Bring your tent, bring your sleeping bag,
bring your family and friends. Enjoy group camping in the field next
to the Inn or more private sites in the woods behind the Inn. Count
the evening stars at our nightly bonfires overlooking the Kennebec
River at the Deer Ring.

| Reservation and Cancellation Policies: |
| We require a deposit to secure a reservation
equal to one night's room. The balance is due upon check-in. Due to
the small number of rooms we have, cancellations and shortened stays
affect us greatly. Reservations canceled 30 or more days before arrival,
will be refunded the deposit less a $20 bookkeeping fee per room reserved.
Reservations shortened or canceled 30 days or less will be responsible
for the first night and any additional night if we are unable to re-book
the room. No refunds for early departures. |

is 11am. Special arrangements may be made for early arrivals and late
